    SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS

    1. The renter is aware that the operator of this site does not insure the renter’s property. Wheelers RV Storage does not accept liability for loss or damage to the renter’s property. Wheelers RV Storage recommends that the renter carry insurance coverage for their unit and all goods within.
    2. The renter has applied a lock to their unit’s tires or hitches and secured all doors and windows.
    3. Operating Hours are from 8 am to 8 pm from May 1, to March 15. Please respect these hours for the on-site tenants' peaceful enjoyment of their home.
    4. ***Note, The site is subject to road bans in the spring months of March and April each year. Access may be restricted during these times to allow for spring melting to take its course and to prevent road damage when the roads are saturated. You may not be permitted access during these brief periods. Special arrangements can be made in emergency cases.

    I give WHEELERS RV STORAGE authorization to renew my Rental Agreement with the below provided credit card information on the end of the above specified term unless otherwise notified by the Renter. The Renter must give written notice of intent to discontinue monthly or yearly stall rental via email to [email protected] a minimum of 10 days notice prior to contract term or months end.

    Wheelers RV Storage does not offer refunds for prepaid terms whether it be 3 months paid upfront or yearly term paid upfront under any circumstances.
